In 2011, Bill Gould became the second known Real Estate Broker in the United States to add a Yacht Brokerage to his business model. Exclusive Yacht Group was created to be the “Exclusive” Yacht Brokerage for the twelve Loggerhead Marinas in Florida, while serving his Real Estate customers with an in-house option for boat sales. Exclusive Yacht Group has represented hundreds of boat owners, in more than a dozen states since 2011. In 2018, EYG became the preferred Yacht Broker for Suntex Marina on Florida’s east coast. Suntex Marina is one of the nation’s largest Marina owners, with Marinas in 12 states, including 13 in Florida. In addition to Real Estate and Yacht Sales, Bill Gould’s maritime portfolio includes Intracoastal Marine Construction, a commercial and residential Marine Construction company that specializes in Marina repairs and replacing residential homeowners docks.
